Bedford players Steve Ledger, James Gardner, Paul Habershon and Ben, Toby and Lucian Cox all took part in the county double-header last weekend. After a loss to Norfolk in the morning, the team rallied well to beat Cambridgeshire in the afternoon. Special mentions go to Steve Ledger scoring 1.5/2 on board 3 and the young Cox’s scoring vital points on the lower boards despite being heavily outgraded.
