Pedanticism???
I mean, I know pedantry isn’t my style (well, it probably is, actually … but I won’t tell if you don’t) but WHERE does that particular word appear in the dictionary???
In my experience, it’s sadly a rare event to find a chessboard for sale that has been set up correctly. It’s a miracle to find the board the right way around and, even then, the pieces are usually misplaced. Nothing wrong with a bit of pedanticism!
