Bedford players Paul Habershon (½/2), Ravi Arulnandhy (1½/2) , Gerry Nolan (½/2) and Marc Obi (1/2) represented the county against Hertfordshire and Norfolk last weekend. Both matches were lost very narrowly (7 ½-8 ½ and 7-9) but one bright spot was Ravi’s attractive win against Dave Dempster from Norfolk – see game.
