The breaking news for today – all of the boys won their matches and I lost mine. Ben felt that he had a poor opening but recovered well, Toby managed to make a good attack in the middle game, Lucian’s match was quick (14 moves) and was won with the Greek gift sacrifice. I felt that I had a solid opening and then got a good attack going, but then blundered a rook and went downhill quickly.
